Exciting news – Emily did not bite me!

Cats featured today: Emily, Smokey and Soxy

Smokey was very sick with a tick when he came in , but seems to be his old self today

Cliffy and Soxy came in yesterday, their first time in a cattery. They are very cautious and Cliffy was unable to come out for photos, but Soxy posed in the box she arrived in.

Cats featured today Bonnie, Sonsha, Ollie & Rascal. Smokey a regular arrived today. He’s recovering from a tick he got at home.

Dust from Broken Hill at the Gold Coast

All pusses well but with doors closed since noon today due to the wind and dust.

This is what our street looked like. Clearing up now, it seems that it will be gone to sea by Friday.

Lulu arrived yesterday and although a bit nervous, she’s friendly and had a bit of dinner and her treats. She says hello family!

Mikey came out with bunny eyes and we fixed them a bit but still look a bit weird.

Lost cat turns up 500 miles away

Guests featured today Mandy, Lilly and Sasha, Minty and Fifi, ChloeH and Zaza

When cats get lost there is always hope of finding them. My own cat Tessie disappeared for 21 days once and I made a promise that I wouldn’t eat chocolate for 2 years if she came back and she did and she was blind at the time! Of course I kept my promise.

We cannot restrain ourselves from uploading a photo 0f Zaza our new 4 month old kitten, we’re gaga about him.

Busy days

Cats featured: Chichi, Jasper, Joey, Michael,  Rascal and Tiger

School holidays are here and we are full. Cujo left yesterday and we welcomed Chloe a 12 yo British Blue X adopted at 11 at the AWL, how wonderful that there are kind hearted people that adopt older cats.

Minty a black Persian had a brush (not happy) and we got rid of some of her knots. Fifi enjoyed hers but only for a short time, photos soon.

Beautiful weather with warm sunny days and cool nights, we love this time of the year.

Chichi waits for her cuddle time very patiently and helps at the office frequently.

Joey stayed in while Tiger came out for a walk and looked out through our window. Both doing well, but shy.

Jasper in the corridor just about to go to the toilet.

Michael sits outside unless there are cuddles available

Rascal started coming out, after deciding that nobody was going to get him.
