Beautiful weather and all the pusses happy. Here ’s our valley just now.

Ally left yesterday but she’s coming back next week, we wonder if she’ll be happy about that?

Midnight will have to wait a bit longer to fly to his new home down south

We’re not sure we agree with this kind of breed, after watching the doco on pedigree dogs last night in the ABC, we think there should be limits to what breeders are allowed to do from an humane point of view.

Wonderful weather in the Gold Coast perfect for the beginning of the Swell Sculpture festival at Currumbin Beach. Yet another year without cat sculptures, lots of cute fish though and that will have to do.

With school holidays approaching we have a full house and lots of work to keep everybody happy.

Today Fifi and Minty had a visit from mum and dad and they greatly enjoyed that. Jasper the kitten, continues to charm everybody with his lovely nature.

Boston eating really well and being generally adorable, comes out for walks pretty frequently. Chichi behaving really well and always looking out for extra cuddles.

Chloe is back for a short stay in her favourite room and a bit happier than usual, the warm weather is helping to entice her to come out more and enjoy the view of the next-door pond and the yummy duckies in it.

We’ve finally managed a good photo of Michael that had a visitor, Jenny, yesterday. His mum enjoying herself in the EU.

Cujo arrived today and we hope he will be happier tomorrow, not too bad to be the first day! Rascal arrived yesterday and still a bit shy, we hope he will get better as days go by.

9/09/09 A Day Without Cats on the Internet

Cats featured today Renny, ChiChi, Joey and Tiger, Bella and Lola and BooBoo.

Renny is a big sook and we adore him, more relaxed and going home very soon.

Boston is more relaxed and eating well and Renny has ventured to the office to see what’s there.

Lilies deadly to cats, Vets warn

Today’s guests : Boston, Mikey, Renny, Roxy, Bubbles and Chichi.

A few newcomers slowly getting adjusted to life at the cattery.

Mikey a lovely ginger recovered from hyperthyroid with revolutionary radio therapy, is here for a holiday until his mum comes back.

The therapy affected his vision but otherwise in good health and no medication.

Renny very friendly, comes out for cuddles and eating well. We’re looking forward to him coming out on his own more, in his own time.

ChiChi loves windows, we’d like to get another a photo of her looking at the camera, but it proves to be quite difficult!
