Hot and humid with night thunderstorms. In the “back to school” week the cattery is quiet so everybody gets more attention and playtime.

Our last mangoes are going back to mother nature. We’ve had enough, a whole month of eating mangoes as only fruit two or three times a day and giving away to neighbours and friends.

Beautiful weather continues and lots of cats coming in and going away. Too hot to go out on Australia Day we had our sausage sizzle at home with A/C.
Most schools start tomorrow so everyone is back from holidays.

Cooler day today and all the cats relieved. Tonka went home so the singing is ended. We also said goodbye to Meggsie after more than a month stay.

Bailey and Gizmo arrived yesterday after their long trip and eased off into cattery life without any trouble.They are two super cute Persians and very jealous of each other, we have to pat them at the same time.

Little Bit has relaxed a lot and walks inside the cattery very confidently. All our cushions have white hair but we prefer it like that.

We managed to harvest around 50 mangoes before the cockatoos got them. There was a party going on at the back of the tree where they get more sun see one of the culprits below. All ripening in paper bags now.

We have an excellent group of cats at the moment, changeover time. Today a bit of sunshine for a change.
