We loved  these two cats playing Catty-Cake:

A quiet time at the cattery for a few days, we make the most of these moments to get to those chores that never get done. Very busy designing our new brochures and business cards and slowly getting ready for the Christmas holiday at the cattery.

Here are some of our current guests

Helping Cats to Make Their Way Back Home

October 10, 2010 by

Cats featured today: Abbie, Chino, Indy, PussPuss and Wooly.

Less than 2 percent of cats in animal shelters make it back to their owners, whereas about 15 to 19 percent of dogs are returned, and one reason is that more dogs wear collars.
Read all the article from the NYT here.

Rainy days continue and today it got cold. All the cats pretty bored and only the die-hards had their patio open.

Abbie a lovely puss, stayed for the weekend and we enjoyed having her

Chino in bed until the sun comes out

Indy a first timer ragdoll adjusted pretty well

After a couple of sunny days where we managed to catch up with washing and went to visit Samos , Carolyn ‘s new Birman Kitten at a Sunshine Coast breeder (see photo below), we woke up to another rainy day and of course all the pusses very unhappy about it.

Samos can't leave his mum for another 3 weeks.

We try to keep them happy, but no sun means no time outside. Here’s hoping for a better weekend.

Lots of new arrivals, more pics tomorrow if we can get them to pose.

Something very interesting up there, ChiChi

Coco loves to sit at the office

Freddy a darling puss

Kat a new face, couldn't be more adorable

Tigga wondering in the kitchen

We love Wooly but he won't pose, too interested in pats
