Herding 100 cats at IKEA

September 15, 2010 by

Cats featured today: Angel, Indy, Jasper, Rosie and Pedra.

Have a look at this commercial for IKEA UK, it’s part of a campaign that includes a competition where users have to guess which pieces of furniture the cats hid in to win the furniture in question. Via  The Daily Tail

and the making of  is even better!

A day without electricity due to rewiring of some poles in the valley, we managed to keep the cat’s rooms clean and answer phone calls thanks to the wonders of technology, but it’s soo good to have it back.

The warm weather continues and everybody is happier about not having to curl up at night.

Our new shade cloth went up today, it will protect the pusses  from UV rays in the sunniest side, although both sides get quite a bit of sun since we got rid of the dreaded Camphor Laurel at the back. Improvements to be continued after the school holidays.

Here are the pusses featured today

Angel, a lovely tabbie, is adjusting well

We only managed a headshot of Indy, she was napping

Adorable Jasper: very friendly and getting lots of cuddles
