Our Gold Coast Cat Boarding Rooms
At Aylesham Cattery on the Gold Coast, our cat boarding rooms are spacious walk-in rooms of 3m x 1m size, which accommodate one cat, or two cats who normally live together.
Each individual cat boarding room has its own private patio, so your cat can enjoy indoor-outdoor living in peace and security, without having to mix with other cats. There is a see-through door between the indoor and outdoor area that is closed at night, so even when your cat is tucked-in for the night, they can still see out. Cats are naturally private so we don’t have mixed communal areas to ensure the safety and happiness of your cat in our care.
Gold Coast Cat Hotel Facilities
Your cat will enjoy their stay away from home at our Gold Coast ‘cat hotel’, with a variety of furniture for them to lounge and play on, including a scratching post, trampoline bed, a box with another bed just in case they need more privacy, litter tray, cat hammock and an outdoor chair.
We provide all kinds of bedding, but you can bring your own as long as it fits in the room and lets us do a proper cleaning. And of course no cat hotel would be complete without a variety of toys to play with!
In winter we keep our guests warm with low voltage WARM*A*PET heat pads for the pusses' beds, which are so lovely and comfortable that nobody wants to get up in the mornings!
Half of our cat boarding rooms look into the valley and the other half into a native garden, and they’re all the same size.

We welcome inspections at any time within opening hours and by appointment at any other time. Feel free to contact us by email or phone, more than likely you will get a human and not an answering machine when you call us.
We’re working on training our cat to answer the phone, but we’re not there yet.
